THE USAGE OF PERSONAL DATA IN FORMS
How often do you send emails and what do they contain?
The frequency varies from once a month to once a quarter, and the purpose is to send relevant information and offers.
What details do you collect?
For the newsletter, a name and email address are required. To add your business to the Compost Club map, we ask for your name, company name, email address, web or social media page, phone number and address. For the contact form, we ask for your name, company name, email, website and phone number so we can form a tailored response.
Do you use the details for any other purpose?
No.
How long do you keep the details you collect?
For the newsletter, your email address and activity are kept until you opt to be removed from our database. You can opt-out via the unsubscribe link in the email or request to be removed at support@compostconnect.org.
For the Compost Club map, data is stored until you request to have it removed via support@compostconnect.org. For the contact form, we do not store this data.
Do you share personal data that’s collected for the newsletter and samples with third parties?
No.
How do I get my personal details removed?
They are removed when you opt to be removed from our database. You can opt-out by emailing us at support@compostconnect.org.
